    Tim first represented Great Britain in Tim is probably one of the best known faces in British Show Jumping. In , he was awarded an Honorary Degree by Nottingham Trent University for services to equestrianism. With the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit and Towcester Racecourse near by, this is an area renowned for its sporting connections. Soon after, he seized the opportunity to work as second jockey to acclaimed show jumper, Graham Fletcher.

    Tim gained further valuable experience by working with and training under John Taylor before setting out on his own in with six horses. His major competitive breakthrough had come two years previously when he won a major class at the Royal Windsor Horse Show riding, Supermarket. Tim had always been very involved in the sport, not only as a rider but is also keen to raise the profile of the sport as a whole.

    Tim has also risen to fame through significant media appearances. Tim passed away in November at the age of 54 leaving wife Laura and their two sons, Joseph and Mark. We have set up up a Foundation in Tim's name.
